What is your Shipping Policy?
**Shipping is currently closed for Jan 1-April 1st while we take a much needed break. Shipping will resume for the year April 1st.
Sweet Mae’s products ship on Mondays & Tuesdays with orders are received by 12 noon on Tuesdays. Orders received after 12 noon on Tuesday may ship the following week (depending on holiday shipping schedules) Products will arrive via 2 day air via UPS with Ice packs & need to be refrigerated upon arrival.
How may I purchase products?
Sweet Mae’s cheese products can be shipped to Eastern United States. Dry Mixes & cheese straws can be shipped to all states in the US (other than Hawaii).
Sweet Mae’s cheese products can be purchased through many stores in Charleston, SC and coming to the Sc, Nc, and Ga in the near future.
Sweet Mae’s cheese products can be purchased through farmers markets in the greater Charleston, SC area April-Dec.
What is your return or refund policy?
