Does local mean you make it at home?
Ghost Pepper Gal & Original pimento cheese is made by chef & owner Gayle, in our private commercial kitchen that is DHEC regulated, inspected, and serv-safe certified, in Charleston, SC.

What is your farmers market schedule so we can buy more?

Mondays: Kiawah market 3-7 pm (June-Aug)

Tuesdays: Mount Pleasant market 3:30-7 pm (April-Aug)

Wednesdays: West Ash farmers market 3-7pm (April-July)

Thursdays: North Charleston Farmers Market 3-7pm April-Nov.

Saturday: Charleston Marion Square Market 8am-2pm (April-Dec)

Saturday: Summerville Farmers Market (In the Citizen’s Bank parking lot) 8am-1pm (April-Nov)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN or refund POLICY?

We cannot accept returns or refunds on packaged food. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact hello@sweetmaes.com and our team will get back to you asap.

Do you issue a refund for products that are purchased and held at a farmers market for pickup but I forgot to pickup?

We do not offer refunds for products purchased at or pre-purchased for pickup during farmers markets that are not picked up by the close of market. We cannot take products to other market locations for pickup at a later date.


Do you ship? We can ship cornbread mix and biscuit mix.

What is the shelf life? Batches are made daily with no preservatives. Each container is DHEC recommended to last for 7 days.
